If your family is making the food, or your caterer drops off the food but provides no further service, we can customize the following catering management packages to suit your needs.
$340 Partial Buffet Service up to fifty guests
Two catering management staff on site up to three hours, providing the following: buffet setup, keeping food hot/cold, buffet replenishment, and spot cleaning as needed. Also, choose up to two of these services: serving from behind the buffet line, bussing tables and taking trash to dumpster after dinner, cake slicing and serving, replenishment of one specialty bar (such as charcuterie/appetizer/dessert/beverage/cocoa/s'mores,) bussing again after cake/dessert, and leftover pack up.
Add mileage from Lowell, AR at a rate of $0.50 per mile each way. Add one staff and $120 every additional 50 guests.
