Why Day-Of Coordination?
Due to budget constraints, your do-it-yourself abilities, or simply a desire to achieve your specific vision for your wedding day, you may prefer to plan your own wedding, rather than hire a full-service wedding planner.
This is great! Just remember that on your wedding day you'll need to be able to focus on soaking up the experience, which you can't do if you're busy telling people what they need to do, solving problems, and answering questions. A wedding coordinator can do this for you at a fraction of the cost of a full-service wedding planner.

$1000: Full Day-Of Coordination in Northwest Arkansas

Although it’s called “day-of,” my services begin well in advance of your wedding day. We’ll meet twice—either in person or via Google Meet, if preferred—typically around six weeks and one week before your wedding. During these meetings, we’ll walk through all the wonderful plans you’ve made and how you envision your big day unfolding. Together, we’ll create a detailed wedding day timeline and finalize your ceremony lineup for the bridal party.
I’ll follow up as needed by text, email, and phone to ensure every detail is covered, and I’ll attend and manage your rehearsal so I know exactly how everything should flow. On your wedding day, I’ll be present for the eight-hour window of your choice, executing the plan, coordinating with vendors, and handling any issues that arise.
You’ll spend your wedding day exchanging vows and basking in the love of your friends and family—while I make sure everything is in the right place, the timeline stays on track, vendors have a point of contact, and any last-minute hiccups are handled smoothly so your day feels as stress-free as possible.
$550: Ceremony-Only Day-Of Coordination in Northwest Arkansas

With the increasing number of chapels in our area requiring a day-of coordinator, I have been approached by many budget-minded couples, which led me to create this service. It's essentially the same as Full Day-Of Coordination, except I will leave after the ceremony. You will benefit from rehearsal and ceremony management, as well as consultation and timeline creation. I will help you identify which friends, family members, or vendors are in charge of certain tasks, and you can distribute your timeline to them in advance so your reception will still run smoothly, while keeping costs low.
$250: Consultation and Timeline Creation: nationwide virtual service through Google Meet

I’ll meet with you for up to two hours—either in person within my Northwest Arkansas service area or via Google Meet—to gather all the details about your vendors, wedding party, and vision for your reception. In the days following our meeting, I’ll create a comprehensive wedding day timeline, a ceremony diagram for your wedding party, detailed processional and recessional orders, a grand entrance lineup, and a pack-up list outlining what needs to be gathered at the end of the night and how everything will go home.
You’re welcome to one round of revisions, after which I’ll provide the editable documents so you can make any additional updates as needed closer to your wedding day.
Optional Additional Services
If you require my services for more than eight hours on your wedding day, add $100 per additional hour.
If your wedding is held outside my NWA service area, add the travel fee listed on the Service Area page.
If you would like to add an assistant coordinator on your wedding day, add $50 per hour you would like them on site (four hour minimum), plus a travel fee if applicable.
