About Autumn

I live in Lowell with my wonderful husband and two cats. In my nine-to-five life I teach high school English to some pretty amazing students. I love to travel the US and the world, and no week is complete without trivia night with my team!

I have served as day-of coordinator for more than 75 NWA weddings at Mildred B. Cooper Chapel, Sassafras Springs Vineyard, Osage House, The Garden Room, Barn at the Springs, Fairlane Station, The Ravington, Crystal Bridges, The Venue NWA, Record, The Meteor, Thorncrown Chapel, Hidden Falls Venue, The Pines, Mansion at the Orchard, White River Landing, Willow Brooke Farm, the Peel Mansion, Heroncrest, Cedar Valley, The Crescent Hotel, the Basin Springs Hotel, Legacy Acres, Jackson House, Fritchie Farms, Greystone Estate, Cypress Barn, Brick Ballroom, Olive View Events, Center Stage Events, Devil's Den Amphitheater, Rosete Family Farms, Springdale Country Club, Ponca Creek Lodge, Under the Woods, St. Joseph's, St. Catherine's at Bell Gable, Mount Sequoyah, The Nest, Mulberry Mountain Lodge, The Beard and Lady, Drake Airfield Museum, Barn at Sleepy Hollow, Mount Nebo State Park, River Ranch, Heritage Acres, Brick and Mortar, and other venues.

I truly enjoy the one-of-a-kind opportunity to be a part of the most special day of people's lives. Getting to know clients and their dreams, easing their anxieties, and helping them plan is very fulfilling.  Meeting all their friends and relatives on the big day and ensuring the vision is executed without a hitch is the big pay-off to all the hard work!

I'd love to be a part of your wedding, and look forward to speaking with you about how I can help make your dreams happen at a price that will add to your wedding, not take away from it.

About Ashley

I live in Rogers, Arkansas, and am a mom of three, along with two cats who keep life entertaining. Outside of work, I enjoy weekly trivia nights, time on the golf course, and any excuse to be outside in the sun. I also love traveling and exploring new cities and countries, and believe that planning the trip is half of the fun.

In my day-to-day life, I am a Ph.D. student studying education reform with a focus on gifted education. After nine years in the classroom, I have developed strong skills in organization, communicating clearly, and keeping things running smoothly.

As a wedding coordinator, I bring a calm, thoughtful, and people-centered approach to every event. I genuinely enjoy creating timelines, checklists, and ensuring that all the moving pieces come together seamlessly. If there's a list to be made, I am already excited about it! My goal is for couples to feel confident, relaxed, and fully present on their wedding day while I quietly manage the details. I would love to be a part of your wedding and look forward to discussing how I can help make your day joyful and stress-free.
