Day-Of Coordinating Flat Rate

$700 for 8 hours of on-site time the day of the wedding, attendance at the rehearsal (including rehearsal management), two in-person prep sessions prior to the wedding, and communication via text, email, and phone leading up to the event.  

• Reserve your wedding date with $100 non-refundable deposit and completed contract.

• Second payment of $300 due at first in-person meeting.

• Remaining balance of $300 plus any optional service fees due at second planning meeting.

Day-Of Coordination Optional Additional Services

• If you require my services for more than eight hours on your wedding day, add $100 per additional hour.

• If your wedding is held outside my NWA service area, add the travel fee listed below.

• If you would like to add an assistant coordinator on your wedding day, add $50 per hour you would like them on site (four hour minimum), plus a travel fee if applicable.

Consultation and Timeline Creation Only

This service is a flat-rate of $250.  I will meet with you for up to two hours in person in the NWA service area or on Zoom and collect all the info you have about your vendors, your wedding party, and what you want to happen at your reception.  In the days following our meeting, I will create a wedding day timeline for you, as well as a ceremony diagram of your wedding party, a processional and recessional order, a grand entrance order, and a pack-up list for the end of the night that shows what needs to be packed up and with whom it goes home.  You will be welcome to give me one round of revisions, and after that I will turn over the editable documents in case you need to make further revisions down the line.
